Privacy Policy

Coaching Dashboard is a personal planning tool used by one person, its owner. It is not offered to the public, and only the owner's Google account can sign in.

What the dashboard stores

The notes, to-do lists, reminders, schedules, images and settings the owner enters are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage), protected so that only the owner's account can read or change them.

What it uses from Google

• Google Calendar: to show the owner's events for the day and to add or remove events the owner creates from the dashboard.
• Google Drive: to find the folder the owner picks and save meeting notes there as Google Docs.

To stay connected, the dashboard keeps a Google access key on its server, where no web browser can read it. It is used only for the two purposes above.

Sharing

Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. Google data is used only to provide the features above, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

The owner can disconnect the dashboard from Google at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can delete stored data from the Firebase console.
